1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is significantly different from its description.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect:
Personal care and hygiene products
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Digital products or downloadable items
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
